Terms of Service

By accessing the Twins Scale website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Twins Scale provides marketing, copywriting, advertising, and business growth consulting services. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for engagements are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

Fees are invoiced according to the terms of each engagement. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide timely access to materials, accounts, and information needed for us to perform services. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content and claims you provide.

Upon full payment, you own deliverables created specifically for you. Twins Scale retains the right to use general methods, know-how, and anonymized case results for portfolio and marketing purposes.

While we apply our best craft and proven methods, marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, ROAS, or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twins Scale's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform under these Terms.

Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms of the relevant agreement. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Twins Scale is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
